Almost There...

Today is August 30th and I leave in about a week. Getting down to the nitty-gritty, packing. Oh, what to bring to travel for 10 months. I guess I only need to bring enough to get me through to Thanksgiving, I'll be home then for a break.

Already started to think about what needs to be packed...

2 Weeks and Counting

Today is August 23rd and I thought we were leaving on September 1st. It was a relief to find out that our departure date is now September 5th. This allows me a few more days to get all packed up and finish all my tasks before I leave for almost three months. My first trip back home will be at Thanksgiving. Both excited and nervous at the same time.
